At Glacian, we care deeply about your satisfaction and your child’s learning experience. Every workbook is carefully checked and packed before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, we’re happy to replace it as per the following policy:

✅ Eligibility for Return / Replacement

  Returns or replacements are valid within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  
• 
  Only unused, unopened, and undamaged products are eligible for return.
  
• 
  Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories (if any).
  
• 
  Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required for all return/replacement requests.
  

🚫 Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

• 
  Products purchased during sales, promotions, or discounts are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  
• 
  Used or partially used products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
  
• 
  For “no reason” or “change of mind” return requests, the forward and reverse shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
  

🛠️ Defective or Wrong Product Received

  If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 2 days of delivery.
  
• 
  Share photos or videos of the defect/damage to help us verify your claim.
  
• 
  Once verified, we’ll send a free replacement of the same product at no extra cost.

   Our support team will confirm eligibility and guide you through the pickup or shipping process.

   If applicable, shipping charges (forward + reverse) will be deducted from the refund or credited amount.

  Replacements are initiated immediately once the returned product is received and inspected.

  Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 working days after product inspection approval.

  Refunds will not be issued for returns that fail inspection (used, damaged, or missing packaging).
